Conversion from Moinmoin
Problems:
The markup conversion tries to read the data dir occasionally. It appears to be because of the embedded searches on PlashIssues.
Spam pages do not convert: UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe4 in position 0: ordinal not in range(128)
Doesn't handle Moinmoin's
tick mark - Initial history of page adds does not look correct
Issues with markup format:
- If all underscores have to be \-quoted, that's unacceptable
