File powerbox problems

The following problems were observed using Evince with the Python implementation of the powerbox:

Selecting a file does not open it because gtk_file_chooser_get_uris() is not implemented.
Evince window is unresponsive after closing the powerbox by pressing Cancel.
The powerbox is not marked as "transient for" the Evince window: it pops up behind the Evince window.
